Roles & Responsibilities
The position reports directly to the Head of Services APAC.
In this capacity, the jobholder serves as the primary point of contact for the APAC team regarding contract management for repair and standard exchange services (including GMA, Spot, Spot+, and main element leasing).
General Responsibilities
- Manage repair and standard exchange contracts (GMA and SPOT) for a portfolio of premium customers.
- Support management in implementing training initiatives to enhance team skills and technical knowledge related to contracts.
- Negotiate commercial disputes and assist in the warranty claims process.
- Handle customer escalations to top management concerning material and maintenance contracts.
- Maintain strong working relationships with relevant ATR HQ functions.
- Support the commercial team during sales campaigns.
- Coach team members and new hires on contract administration and SPA transactions.
- Ensure contract delivery and profitability by closely monitoring NFF, CID, and exclusions, and proposing action plans to maintain control.
Experience & Skills
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in aviation material supply chain and / or aeronautical equipment repair.Proven leadership in managing customer and supplier relationships, as well as coordinating internal team activities.Strong project management orientation.In-depth knowledge of SAP for material and services transactions.Personal Attributes
