Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Infocomm, Business, or equivalent. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in both procurement and ICT management. Strong knowledge of government Infocomm environment, procurement, and contract management practices; hands-on experience with GeBIZ is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills. Meticulous, independent, and proactive, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders across all levels of management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies and ICT / SS management guidelines.
- Apply knowledge of instruction manuals on procurement and ICT / SS management.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork while being autonomous and self-driven.
- Take ownership of deliverables and outcomes.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
