Roles & Responsibilities

Basic $8000 - $9500
Mon - Fri : 8.30am – 6pm
Location : AMK

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Advise and support project teams on contractual matters, including EOT, variations, and claims .

Assess and manage subcontractor claims; mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with obligations.

Handle disputes, prepare contract documentation, and draft correspondence as required.

Well-versed in PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act .

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Law, or equivalent.

At least 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
