Your mission is to lead the project delivery organization for the APAC region, overseeing client implementation, enterprise onboarding and program execution. You will ensure scalable, high-quality project delivery while driving customer satisfaction and retention. To be successful, you must be resilient, adaptable, customer-obsessed and deeply collaborative, with a strong bias for action and a drive to deliver measurable outcomes.
