Legal Counsel

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview

He / She will provide efficient and timely legal support to all business functions within the Company Group. The Legal Counsel is based in Singapore and supports primarily the Singapore businesses but some regional support in China, Australia and Indonesia may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Legal

• Drafting, vetting and negotiation of various agreements including dealer / distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, tenders, procurement contracts or service agreements with vendor / suppliers, tenancy agreements etc.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Highlight potential risks and provide recommendations to limit exposure.
• Advice and manage disputes / litigation.
• Administration of Group’s intellectual property and proprietary information.
• Drafting and review of corporate documents such as shareholder and board resolutions.
• Manage external legal counsel

Job Requirements

Working hours :

Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm

Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
