Key Responsibilities :
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally.
- Manage product listings, update stock, and ensure accurate product information.
- Assist in processing online orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve service and experience.
Key Requirements :
