Responsibilities :

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and operating systems
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource usage to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform basic user account management (creation, modification, password resets) in Active Directory or other directory services
• Help manage software deployment, updates, and patching
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to local and remote users, explaining solutions in clear, user-friendly terms
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Setup and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft platforms and other related services
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned as required
