Assistant Manager, Leisure Travel

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager (Leisure Travel), with a minimum of 4 years working experience in the travel industry in Singapore.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• College diploma or university degree.
• Experience in travel industry (with a minimum 4 years working experience is a must).
• Must have experience in making reservations for all hotels, tours and transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Must have previous experience handling travel itineraries, vouchers, tickets.
• Experience in arranging tour programs and producing sales quotations will be an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing sales invoices & payment follow-ups with clients.
• Daily email communication with our clients’ enquiries.
• Daily data input to our reservation system.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of our travel team.
• Motivated and enthusiastic individual
