Roles & Responsibilities

Your Mission :

Lead the transformation of next-gen materials from lab-scale discovery to scalable, commercial products. Build the bridge between scientific excellence and industrial relevance.

What You’ll Do :

• Drive end-to-end product development across nanomaterials - from design to deployment.
• Lead small, agile teams of chemists, engineers, and data scientists focused on rapid prototyping and iterative validation.
• Establish feedback loops between synthesis, characterization, machine learning models, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate directly with customers, and investors to align product development with market needs.
• Build strategic partnerships with manufacturing partners, research institutions, and early adopters.
• Lead IP strategy and co-author high-impact publications and patents.
• Manage timelines and resources across a portfolio of R&D initiatives with commercialization targets in mind.
