Location : Buona Vista
Duration : 6 months (possibility of extension or convertible to perm)
Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary : Up to $6000
Job Responsibilities :
Audits :
- Define scheme and manage internal audits and support external maudits
- Perform audits on suppliers, converters, warehouses, and logistics providers if needed
- Manage customer audits and assess compliance with requirements
Quality Management System :
Facilitate the organization to act according to the processes described in the respective parts of the Quality Management SystemParticipate in management reviews, report, and analyze key performance indicatorsOrganize and conduct trainings for the local organization and sales teamsManage process document control and ensure up-to-date documentationDevelop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risksResponsible for Audit Management Software (CAQ)Customer Requirements :
Evaluate and manage customer-specific requirements, provide documentation if neededCollect and evaluate customer scorecards. Drive and monitor improvement actions if required.Support product change notifications (Global PCN and Local PCN) and customer special requirements.Attend customer quality trainingEnsure correct PPAP documentation / submission (main responsibility plants)Analyze and report on major claim issuesMaintain IMDS / CAMDS databases and manage shelf-life statementsQualify as OEM supplier by fulfilling the standard quality requirements
Provide reaction and improvement plans for selected customer scorecardsCoordinate and accompany key customer auditsFulfil the standard and specific quality requirement : Questionnaire, quality contract, performance measurements, IATF 16949Support and advice in case of Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA)Ensure a solid relationship with customer quality counterpart to brick wall the overall customer networkIncrease competence in the domain of “quality”
Transfer Voice of Customer (VoC) into Critical to Quality (CTQ)Communicate the accurate customer requirement within the tesa org. (lab, plants, sales)Explain and train quality requirements to salespeopleSupport line trials and engineering changes at customer siteManage the quality activities in alignment with the regulations and with CQMManage customer´s quality issues (critical ones)
Claim management + crises & escalation management (serious BIZ impact)Support sales with overall tactics and process to resolve the claimBuild the argumentation and use the quality network to influence the buying centerPrepare / Setup quality claims monthly review meeting with AP Sales teamLead problem solving activities using company and customer methodologies to ensure verifiable and effective actions and prevent further occurrenceProvide written report to customers and company management teams detailing performance measures, issues and improvement action plans as requiredJob Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering - preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering or equivalent)5+ years’ experience in automotive / electronics quality fieldCompleted auditor training of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949)Advanced knowledge of applicable QM standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 19011 and IATF 16949) and automotive core tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA and SPC)Knowledge about common QM tools and statistical methodsBasic understanding of the QMS and its business processes (process house)Understanding of how to recognize and assess risks and opportunities and identify interested partiesSix Sigma skills and experience is an advantageExperience in preparing for or conducting internal and external auditsKnowledge of regulatory requirements and sustainability practices is preferredExcellent problem-solving skills applying 8D methodologyJessie Hoe Huey Miin
