Job descriptionNo prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided . Sales-driven with a passion for achieving targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers. Willing to commit to retail working hours , including weekends and public holidays. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English to communicate with a diverse customer base and bilingual associates. Weekdays : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM or 12 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM Weekends and Public Holidays : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM Work Week Pattern : 6 / 5 / 6 / 5, totaling 44 working hours per week Annual Leave : 10 days Comprehensive medical and dental benefits Clear career progression opportunities Century Square
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide professional consultations on hair and scalp health.
- Analyze customer conditions and advise on suitable treatments and solutions.
- Perform hands-on hair and scalp treatments with care and precision.
- Manage general tasks such as answering phone calls and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system as required.
- Conduct after-treatment follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
