Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, specifications, service schedules, and issue resolution.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data for ESH-related activities; work with process owners on improvements.
• Promote workplace safety culture through training, awareness programmes, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Conduct safety inductions for new staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safe work practices, PTW, and workplace 5S standards.
• Assist in audits, legal compliance documentation, and submission to authorities.
• Coordinate 3rd-party testing, training, and monitoring for ESH compliance.
• Review SOPs, conduct design reviews, and support process safety improvements.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities, including coordination with internal teams and authorities.
