Lead the QS team, coordinate and oversee

team performance

Oversee all aspects of QS

processes

Ensure quality of QS works and

compliance with relevant legislations

Coordinate preparation of project budgets and cost

estimates

Oversee contract management of

variation works

Oversee contract

administration including final completion, statutory completion and

final cost reports

Oversee contract

documentation and maintenance of database

• Review and approve payment certifications
• Conduct project audits

Review

schedule of rates and build up star rates

Compile half-yearly tender rates and price

information

Other duties / special assignment

as assigned from time to

time.

Job

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's

Degree in Engineering (Civil), Project Management or

equivalent.

At least 5 year(s) of working

experience in the related field is required for this

position.
