The Vessel Manager is responsible for the overall management
and technical oversight of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance
with regulations, operational efficiency, and cost control. This
role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep
understanding of vessel
operations.

AUTHORITY
Full
accountability for the assigned vessels' technical and operational
performance.

RESPONSIBILITY
Technical
& Operational Management
Ensure vessels comply with international and local maritime
regulations.
coordinate with stakeholders to complete surveys on
time.
technical guidance, including monitoring the Planned Maintenance
System (PMS).
Masters and Chief Engineers and report findings to

Experience
Educational
& Professional Requirements
Marine Engineering qualification (COC (MOTOR) Class 1 or
2).
Engineer or at least two years as a Technical
Superintendent.
