SALES MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Team leadership : Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Sales strategy : Develop and execute sales plans, set sales goals and quotas, and identify market opportunities for growth.
• Performance management : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Client relationship management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and support the team in closing high-value deals.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing and product teams to align on messaging, develop promotional campaigns, and generate leads.
• Budget and forecasting : Create sales forecasts, manage the sales budget, and report on revenue streams.
