Senior Manager, Finance - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

We are an established real estate investment trust (REIT) with a diversified portfolio across prime assets. This role offers high visibility and direct reporting to the CFO, leadership team, and board members, opportunity to lead and develop the finance team across the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions. You will gain exposure to fund-raising activities, capital management initiatives, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the finance team in managing consolidation, financial reporting, statutory accounts, and taxation in compliance with SGX and REIT regulatory requirements.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business performance and portfolio growth.
• Oversee financing matters including debt management, treasury operations, and supporting fund-raising initiatives.
• Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory and governance standards.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide financial insights that enhance strategic and investment decisions.
