Job description

Job Descriptions :

  • Perform admin duties and provide administrative supports to Site Supervisors, Project Engineers and Project Managers at Site Office;
  • Support in meeting arrangement and coordination between HQ office and Site office;
  • Assist submission on all required documents;
  • Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors, and subcontractors;
  • Coordinate with the document controller to ensure the smooth flow of documents;
  • Prepare and generate monthly progress report;

Job scope Requirements :

  • Minimum ITE / Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Fast learner, multi-tasking, and able to work independently
