We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Clinic Assistant to support our administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and capable of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be the first point of contact for many of our patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Process payments and claims
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area
