Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture and document business needs.
- Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the analysis and functional design of the Fircosoft upgrade, ensuring smooth migration from v6.5 to newer versions.
- Serve as the liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements and deliverables.
- Define test strategy and validate that test cases fully address business requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including preparation, execution, and defect management.
- Participate in defect triage and resolution, ensuring business priorities are addressed.
- Provide business process insights and recommendations related to payment screening and sanctions monitoring.
Requirements :
Degree in Information Technology or any related discipline.At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within payment screening / sanctions monitoring projects.Hands-on knowledge of Fircosoft, preferably with experience in upgrades (v6.5 to newer versions).Good understanding of SWIFT / MT message formats and payment flows.Experience preparing FSDs and test documentation in a financial services environment.Familiarity with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Interested candidates may send in their resume and cover letter directly to gem.cabria@manpower.com.sg (R1434374), stating the position as the subject title in the email.
