What you'll be
doing
Manage
end-to-end program operations, including workshops, seminars,
networking sessions, and mentorship initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with startups,
mentors, healthcare institutions, and research organisations to
ensure seamless engagement and impactful collaborations
Oversee program performance, track KPIs, monitor startup
progress, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and
external stakeholders
Drive ecosystem growth
through strategic outreach, partnership development, and
community-building initiatives
Guide marketing
and communications efforts, including newsletters, social media,
and industry promotions, to highlight program milestones and
startup successes
Ensure efficient program
operations, fostering a supportive and impactful healthcare
innovation
community
What
we're looking for
5 - 7 years of
working experience in healthcare innovation / health technologies,
preferably with event planning or program management
exposure
Proficient in partnership
development, ecosystem engagement, and stakeholder
management
Basic understanding of healthcare
compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong
project management, organisational, and communication
skills
