Site Coordinator - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Site coordination and monitoring civil work progress
• Monitor the site progress against the approved construction program and highlight to project manager if progress is behind schedule
• Study drawings and specifications, highlighting discrepancies for decision making
• Perform site supervision, including planning and coordinating technical and site issues
• Participate in meetings with clients / contractors
• Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of work activities at site
• Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
• Familiar with basic levelling instrument
• Knowledge of basic computer literate especially in Microsoft excel, words, project management, etc
• Open ground & be prepared to the exposure to sun light & some dusty working environment
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours
