IT Solution Specialist (Boomi)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across integration , workflow automation , and knowledge management platforms.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for assigned platforms, including issue resolution, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver fit-for-purpose applications and enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain integration processes , API endpoints, and middleware performance, ensuring availability and data flow integrity.
• Maintain and improve workflow automation processes for approvals, notifications, and task routing across systems.
• Maintain and monitor Knowledge Management platforms, ensure system stability, support user access issues, and coordinate integration with other applications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, patching, upgrades, and security compliance.
• Develop and maintain documentation for platform configuration, processes, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Engage in planning and delivery of platform upgrades, migrations, or new deployments.
• Support change management activities, including impact assessments, UAT coordination, and deployment rollouts.
