Responsibilities :

• Program and Project Coordination : Assist in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met.
• Documentation Management : Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Steering Committee Meeting Support : Schedule and coordinate meetings, organize pre-meeting discussions, manage logistics, facilitate meetings, and track discussions and action items.
• Procurement Support : Support procurement planning, manage due diligence, assist in RFP preparation and tracking, and maintain a central record of procurement activities.
