Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Machining Operations : Operate and troubleshoot CNC machines, with hands-on experience using FANUC controllers.
• Jigs & Fixtures : Design, maintain, and troubleshoot jigs and fixtures for mechanical components.
• Technical Drawings : Interpret mechanical part drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and cosmetic specifications.
• Mechanical Design : Apply solid understanding of mechanical design principles and structural specifications to solve engineering challenges.
• Process Knowledge : Navigate CNC and injection molding (IM) workflows, including machine programming and resolving process-related issues.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct first-article inspections and mold qualifications to ensure compliance with specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

Software Proficiency : CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, UG NX CAM)

G-code and M-code debugging

2D / 3D CAD software

Microsoft Office Suite
