Job descriptionAssist in day-to-day ward rounds Assessing patient health problems and needs Monitoring patients’ vital signs Implementing nursing care plan Maintaining and recording patients’ medical records Provide information to patients and family members to help them understand their treatment Ensure compliance to nursing procedures and policies Minimum Diploma in Nursing Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
