As our Human Resource Business Partner , you will work closely with our leadership teams to align people strategies with our goals, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and a vibrant culture.
In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate HR challenges and supporting them in nurturing potential while fostering a culture of excellence. It’s not just about policies and procedures, it’s about building real connections, driving positive changes, and shaping a workplace where people grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records and ensuring HR systems run smoothly.
- Support payroll administration by preparing and verifying payroll data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with statutory requirements in coordination with the Finance team.
- Support the recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits activities, including salary benchmarking, preparation of annual increment proposals, allowances, and benefits-related documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Assist in developing internal and external employer branding strategies to strengthen brand presence across platforms.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, keep our people inspired and engaged.
- Assist in refining HR workflows, policies, and procedures, ensuring our department operates smoothly and aligns harmoniously with the club's objectives.
- Take the lead on HR projects to promote continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive HR projects focused on continuous improvement, all while enhancing our operational efficiency.
- Ability to take on various HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Director.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, ideally in the F&B, hospitality, or service industry.Familiarity with Adaptive (HRIS) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva is a bonus.A team player, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Proactive and results-driven, able to meet deadlines and get things done efficiently.A clear communicator with a positive attitude, always eager to learn and grow.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to solve problems and stay organised.Passionate about enhancing the employee experience and building a positive workplace culture.Detail-oriented, people-focused, and bringing a positive, upbeat energy to the team.Why Join Us?
