Operations Executive

• Handling brand’s customer liaison– manage and reply to queries
• Reaching out to our current database of clients to keep them updated on current campaigns
• Coordinate and Prepare performance statistics for monthly meeting
• Office management – courier liaison (international and domestic)
• Inventory and stocks management
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the company
• Order fulfilment and logistics planning
• Good command of English Language - verbal and writing
• A team player and able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
