Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution : Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation from project initiation to completion.
• Client Management : Act as the primary liaison between the client and project team, thoroughly understanding client needs and expectations and providing regular progress updates.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination : Supervise and coordinate the activities of interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project workflow and collaboration.
• Budget & Cost Control : Monitor project budgets, control costs, and manage materials and labor effectively to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular site visits to ensure work adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks and obstacles, proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, and resolve conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain all necessary project documentation, prepare comprehensive project reports, and present updates to clients and other stakeholders.
