Job Summary

Industry : Beauty (Facial, Body, Slimming, Semi-permanent Makeup, & Nail Care)

The Brand / Area Manager will oversee operations, sales, team management, and brand development across multiple beauty outlets. This role ensures consistent brand standards, drives sales, leads store teams, and collaborates with cross-functional departments to achieve operational excellence. Candidates with prior experience in the beauty industry or a related field will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Multi-Outlet & Operations Oversight

• Supervise daily operations of multiple outlets, ensuring SOP compliance, operational efficiency, cleanliness, and smooth workflow.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular audits and implement operational improvements to standardize processes.
