Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor and evaluate team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Provide training to new and existing employees, offering ongoing support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Create and adjust team schedules to ensure adequate staffing and meet operational demands.
- Address any workplace conflicts or operational problems, ensuring smooth team functioning.
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Regularly report team performance and any issues to upper management for further action or improvement.
Job Requirements :
Mininum 3 years of experiences in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven ability to manage teams.Ability to clearly communicate with staff and motivate them to achieve company goals.Capable of addressing workplace challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining team morale.Ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards and operational procedures.We regret that only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
