We are inviting qualified and passionate educators to join BizChamp International College as a Lecturer for the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Accounting and Business programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, assessing student performance, and guiding learners toward academic success.

我们诚邀具有资质和热忱的教育工作者加入 博冠国际商业学院（BizChamp International College），担任 OTHM 第四级会计与商业文凭课程讲师。入选者将负责授课、评估学生表现，并引导学生取得学术上的进步与成功。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责：

• Prepare, plan and deliver lectures and tutorials for the OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Accounting and Business modules.
• Assess and grade student assignments, projects, and examinations in line with academic standards.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, including those from China studying via blended or online learning modes.
• Develop and update teaching materials in accordance with course learning outcomes and OTHM standards.
• Maintain proper records of attendance, assessment, and student progress.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and academic meetings when required.
• 负责筹备、规划并教授 OTHM 第四级会计与商业文凭课程的各个模块。
• 按照学术标准评估与评分学生的作业、项目及考试。
• 为学生提供学术指导与辅导，包括以混合或线上学习模式修读的中国学生。
• 根据课程学习成果与 OTHM 标准，编写及更新教学材料。
• 妥善维护学生出勤率、评估与学业进展记录。
• 参与学院的学术会议与教学质量保证活动。
