I am working with a European bank. We are looking for a VP, Structurer to join their Structured Solutions team.

The ideal candidate who is someone at least VP level in bank doing a similar role in Credit Structuring or a Derivatives Lawyer.

This is a front office role where you will work closely be working closely with Sales & Trading to devise innovative lending structures for their clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for origination and structuring credit solutions for bank clients i.e. negotiate financing docs and liaising with clients
• Project manage new product development to ensure internal approvals and compliance
