Job Summary
- Standard Chartered needs a Hive Tech Lead to drive the success of the combined Treasury Analytics journey. This role sits within Treasury Technology team and will work closely with Treasury COO, Finance Operations, Treasury Markets, Treasury Risk and Treasury Technology teams.
- The Hive Tech Lead will be accountable to drive technology strategy, project delivery, process, people agenda, risk and governance of the journey.

15+ years of experience in technology leadership with a leading commercial bank, preferably with international exposureExperience of leading a mid-sized technology domain (~50 people)Ability to define a tech domain strategy and drive subsequent executionCan straddle the business and technology domains with an ability to translate between the twoSuccessfully able to navigate challenges requiring collaboration and stakeholder managementWork with all levels of management and staff, successfully manage and engage multiple stakeholders, negotiate effectively in situations involving conflicting interests and positively influence key decision makers on critical issues. Proven people leader with experience managing other team leaders / senior individuals.Liaise and coordinate on an ongoing with various parts of the Bank, including senior business and risk stakeholdersRole Specific Technical Competencies
