Responsibilities : Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support growth in the FA channel.
- Drive recruitment of high-potential Financial Advisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance) to support advisor success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities.
- Build and manage partnerships to expand outreach and service offerings.
- Track and ensure the FA team meets or exceeds sales and business development targets.
- Implement performance strategies and incentive plans to drive team productivity and motivation.
Training & Coaching

A Diploma in Business, Finance , or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience , preferably in the financial industry.Prior experience as a trainer in the financial industry will be considered a strong advantage.Excellent account management and client acquisition skills.Strong in consultative and value-based selling , with a proven ability to close high-level deals.Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .Tell employers what skills you have
