Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct live stream sessions on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) to showcase products and drive sales.
Plan and prepare streaming content : product demonstrations, promotions, interactive audience engagement.
Work with marketing team to align streaming schedule with campaigns / seasonal promotions.
Respond to live chat questions, follow up on customer inquiries & handle post-stream feedback / orders.
Monitor performance metrics : viewership, conversion rates, audience retention, engagement; provide regular reports.
Job Requirements :
Minimum secondary education / diploma or equivalent experience in content creation, marketing, e-commerce, or live streaming.
Strong communication & presentation skills in English / Mandarin (as needed) to connect with audience.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and live streaming tools / software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for live stream scheduling.
Creative, energetic, able to think on your feet and improvise during live sessions.
