Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Senior Shipping Executive

Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end shipping process for rubber exports, ensuring timelyand efficient delivery.

2. Liaise with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to facilitate smoothtransportation of goods.

3. Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, andcustoms declarations.

4. Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments in transit, and provide regular updates to relevantstakeholders.

5. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

6. Handle communication with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners to address inquiries andresolve issues promptly.

Qualifications :

1. Diploma or A level

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably in the commodity tradingindustry.

3. Proficient in using SAP software and MS Office applications.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
