Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and people-centric PR Manager to be the face of our brand. The PR Manager will focus on building strong relationships with our guests, enhancing the guest happiness index, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s vibrant, fun-loving spirit. This is a highly interactive role requiring charisma, energy, and an authentic passion for engaging with people both inside and outside of the venue.

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Relations & Experience

• Be the brand ambassador and main point of contact for guests, ensuring they feel valued, welcomed, and engaged.
• Monitor and improve the Guest Happiness Index through meaningful interactions, feedback collection, and follow-up initiatives.
• Engage with guests during events, play games, and participate in social activities (including drinking with guests where appropriate) to enhance the overall guest experience.
