Service Crew (Karaoke)

About the Role

We are

looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join

us as Service Crew at our fun and

lively karaoke team! We're looking for friendly service crew to

welcome guests, serve food & drinks, and make sure everyone has

a great time.

What You'll

Do

Deliver a positive

customer experience with friendly, fair, and

courteous service

Handle phone

calls for reservations and guest

inquiries

Greet guests and

guide them to their assigned rooms

Take food

& beverage orders and serve promptly with accuracy

Input orders and manage transactions through the

POS system

Register guest check-ins and ensure proper

documentation

Provide basic technical support

(e.g., microphone checks, karaoke system

setup )

Ensure

cash handling accuracy at the start

and end of each shift

Maintain a

clean, safe, and welcoming environment

at all times

Uphold a neat and

professional appearance

Communicate effectively with team members and management

to ensure smooth operations

Work independently

and deliver quality service without supervision

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the

supervisor

Working

hours

6 days working

week

• Day shift : 11 : 00am to 8 : 00pm

Night shift : 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am (based on

outlet)
