Job descriptionSample finished goods and manage quality control records. Prepare equipment and materials for quality checks. Inspect incoming packaging and raw materials, and report any issues. Maintain and update all necessary quality and calibration documentation. Organize and conduct training on good manufacturing practices and food safety. Oversee Halal certification processes. Conduct internal audits and quality checks as scheduled. Assist with various quality control tasks and projects as needed. Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a related role preferred.
