Maintenance of building infrastructure, exterior and

interior

Repair and maintenance of building

fittings and fixtures - leave it as it is, this is usual

understanding in the market. We cannot list as the scope is very

vast, like painting, cubicle modification etc.

Coordination with contractors for Maintenance and

certification of lifts and cranes

Coordination

and management of contractors

General upkeep

of buildings and

surroundings

Requirements :

Degree or diploma in mechanical / electrical

engineering

Minimum 3 years experience in

building maintenance

Handson experience in

building related repairs

Basic knowledge in

mechanical and electrical
