Senior Portfolio Execution Manager, Floorcare

Overview

At Dyson, we push boundaries to transform homes through our leading Floorcare products. As Senior Portfolio Execution Manager – Floorcare, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for assuring the seamless commercial and technical delivery of launches across a broad and dynamic portfolio (including sticks, pencil, fullsize and handheld).

To realise this vision, you will need to partner across Dyson, and be a key interface for upstream, engineering, operations and the wider commercial and revenue teams. In this environment, clear and considered plans and schedules are critical to guide the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate execution of highly complex, multi-category launch plans, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, SKU, and commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain master launch calendars for all Floorcare portfolio SKUs, proactively identifying interdependencies and optimising resource allocation.
• Lead monthly Product Delivery Meetings, providing clarity and direction, and making recommendations to executive stakeholders on risk mitigation and trade-offs.
• Anticipate, assess, and resolve portfolio-level risks and issues, driving cross-functional problem solving and ensuring high-impact issues are escalated and addressed swiftly.
• Produce and communicate portfolio-level dashboards, launch updates, and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement by driving implementation of lessons learned and leading updates to standard operating procedures.
• Mentor and support less experienced Execution Managers, fostering best practice and collaboration.
