Description
Assist
Sous Chef and team in the preparation of food in accordance with
recipes and standards set by the restaurant.
Monitor stock
level and inventory
Maintain cleanliness and
organization of work areas, including storage areas and kitchen
equipment.
Complete preparations of house-made
ingredients with proper care
Perform related
duties as part of a tight-knit family of
chefs

Requirement
At least 1
year of kitchen / culinary experience
Passionate for preparing high-quality food with respect
for ingredients
