Job Description :
- Create SOPs as a team and manage daily kitchen operations with precision
- Take charge of food prep, stock levels, and timing
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Maintain food hygiene standards and workplace safety
- Assist the head chef with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
Job Requirements :
Minimum require Degree holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related fieldHave good knowledge in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and proceduresHave good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learnAble to work independently and in a teamAble to multitaskWilling to work on weekendCompensation :
Working days : 4.5 daysWorking hours : Morning shift 9am - 10pm / Night shift 11am - 12am, 2 hours break between 4-6pmAnnual incrementsMedical insurance, annual leave, and Public Holiday leaveLate-night transport provided after 11pmTell employers what skills you have
