Responsibilities :
and cooking of ramen and other Japanese dishes according to
standard recipes
food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are properly cleaned
and maintained
receiving deliveries, and proper storage of
ingrdients
