Monthly Salary : $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 (negotiable)
We are launching a vibrant new bar-restaurant in one of Singapore's busiest districts and are looking for passionate Commis Chefs to join our team. Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of ramen and other Japanese dishes according to standard recipes
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food preparation areas and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained
- Assist in stock checks, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingrdients
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Requirement :
3 years of relevant culinary experience (training will be provided)Strong interest in culinary and willingness to learnTeam player with a positive and respectful attitudeGood communication and time management skillsAble to work in a high-pressure kichen environmentMust be available on weekends and public holidaysWSQ Certificate (Food Hygiene Certificate)What we offer :
