Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a designated kitchen section
Prepare and present dishes to the highest
standards in line with Shangri-La's brand
Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently and
accurately
Maintain strict hygiene and safety
standards in accordance with HACCP and hotel policies
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff within your
section
Monitor stock levels and assist in
inventory control and ordering
Collaborate
with other chefs and departments to ensure smooth kitchen
operations
Contribute ideas for menu
innovation and seasonal
offerings
Job
Requirements
Minimum 4
years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a
luxury hotel or fine dining environment
Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and
kitchen equipment
Ability to work under
pressure and maintain consistency
Passion for
culinary excellence and innovation
