Chef de Partie

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Demi / Chef De Partie (Pastry) to join our central kitchen team! The successful candidate will assist our Chef in the preparation and production of pastries for our various outlets.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, including desserts and cakes
• Ensure all pastry products meet our quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in receiving and storing ingredients, and managing inventory levels
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and delivery of pastry products
