Responsibilites

• Oversee daily operation : Ensure production runs smoothly, on schedule, and in compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage staffs : Hire, train, and mentor production teams to foster a culture of improvement and accountability.
• Implement strategies : Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance : Maintain strict adherece to all food safety, hygience and industry standards.
• Monitor performance : Analyze production metrics, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to address issues and improve overall performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience : Proven experience in food manufacturing or a related field.

Leadership : Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in caoching and motivationg teams

Technical skills : Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing principles and automation

Problem-solving : Excellent problems-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex production issues.

Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with bilingual abilities in English and Chinese often specified.
