Job descriptionIdentify and pursue new SME clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings Minimum 1 year of experience in SME loan sales or business development Proven track record in banking, leasing, or capital loan environments is a plus Strong “hunter” mentality : proactive, aggressive, and results-driven Excellent communication and negotiation skills Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Existing network in SME or commercial sectors is a plus

📌 Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new small and medium enterprise (SME) clients and offering tailored financing solutions. This is a proactive, sales-driven role focused on expanding the loan portfolio through aggressive outreach and relationship building.
