Restaurant Service Crew / Barista
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Service Crew / Barista. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring excellent service standards, preparing beverages, and providing guests with a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Service Crew Duties
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and process payments at the cashier.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
Barista Duties
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.Operate coffee machines and maintain brewing equipment.Follow recipes and presentation standards consistently.Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and bar supplies.Keep the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked.Requirements
Previous experience in F&B, customer service, or barista role is an advantage (training will be provided).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Benefits
